I think my foot is cracked! or broken!
Cant walk no more, I was in a rush to go somewhere so when I was going down the stairs, I landed on the top side of my foot (twisted the foot)... going for an xray in a few mins, cant drive

Happens to me alot but doesn't hurt for too long and doesn't swell up sounds like a sprain.

had a torn ligament when i stepped on the foot of a team mate during a basketball match, dude, that really hurts, i tell you. sprained ankle is not knew to me since im very much athletic.
i hope yours is not that severe. |

its not my ankle that is strained
it like starts between my small toe and 2ndtoe and it goes all the way up to my ankle |

As the queen of screwed up feet. (3 months ago I broke my left pinky toe and this week I broke my right pinky toe in 2 places and fractured it's neighbor toe).........
If it burned after "the incident".... it's most likely a fracture. If you have bruising, it's most likely a break. All they can really do for broken foot bones is what they do for me every time I have a mishap: x-ray you, tape you up, strap on a retarded looking ortho shoe, give you an rx for Vicodin and send you on your way.
