IBILL is ROBBING my reserves!!!

I stoped working with Ibill since January this year, now they have stopped paying off my reserves, here are the reasons:

8/22/03 - Your account was terminated due to compliance. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].

Please let me know if you have any questions.

8/25/03 I checked with the compliance department and they stated it will probably take two to three weeks to pay you back your reserves. I will keep you posted.

8/26/03 I checked in CMI and we were supposed to pay you in the amount of $6,951.39 for 8/15/03. This will be set up within a couple of weeks. The next payment will be for 9/15 for the February reserves.

That is abusive, illegal, and they are taking decisions over money that is mine, when something is yours, you have the decision power over it, right?

Perhaps you should check your contract before you claim they are stealing from you.

It's pretty standard that when an account is terminated for any reason, all funds due are held for six months and then released; as a matter of fact this policy stems from the way the banks handle terminated merchant accounts...

You can come and cry in January if you don't get anything AND if you didn't have chargebacks or credits that totalled as much as your reserves.

There is a reason they are called reserves.

It doesn't matter if they've been held for six YEARS, if you are terminated they are all going to be held for six months from the time of termination, and it doesn't matter who's doing the processing.

Well the fact of the matter is that IBill changes their policy and then blocks sites and decline to pay them what they owed due to a policy violation. This is simply illegal as IBill does not cancel the valid contracts they have with the site owners.

It is their right to change the policy but then you have to review the contracts and cancel the ones you think are not compliant with the new policy. Then you have to pay the web site owner what you owe them until the policy changed. If you don't you are defrauding as simple as that.

As I bill does this regularly I would even go as far as saying they are doing organized crime.
