Ok, too many people have said things like "Heroin if managed is less dangerous"... come on!

When is "managed alcohol" dangerous? It is only over-indulgance in alcohol that causes problems. Same thing with Heroin.

So... making any kind of point about managing it is not accurate here. Since any drug if managed properly will not usually have disastrious effects.

Lets compare only over-indulgence in either drug and I'm sure everyone will answer heroin as more dangerous.

I seriously could not have put it better myself. I was going to post something along these lines earlier but didn't. Compare an alcoholic that drinks a case of beer EVERY day to someone that shoots up all day and I see no comparison.....both bad, but the heroin worse. I've never done heroin, coke or anything like that so I can't speak personally, but I've not seen too many cases of "controlled heroin use"... I used to volunteer at a psych clinic for credits in college before I changed my major. Just my :2 cents:

Heroin is worse definitly....
i sow many friends died from that shit...fuck heroin...alchocol is not good also but it is way much better then heroin...hell shit bout sucks....COCAIN RULES:thumbsup
