I had to pay for chargebacks.
I never knew exactly if they were "real" !!
Even years after i have stopped using them.
I then got a letter from a company they use to get their money back.
I paid them EVERY FUCKING CENTS !! I have everything on file including papers at my bank !!!
Guess what i just got a couple of days ago.
YES, ANOTHER COOL LETTER saying that i paid only the first half !!
WTF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am so pissed you won't beleive !!Comment

So you are saying that you were a Verotel client, you stopped processing with them 3 years ago, and you are only just receiving notification of a chargeback now? Gotta be something wrong there, I am pretty sure the absolute limit on a chargeback is something like 6 months. My bank will only listen to a dispute if I contact them within 30 days of the statement issue date.
When I get a chargeback notification from Verotel it includes full details of the original transaction... apart from the time/date, which is probably the important bit in this case.

Ok, looks like I misunderstood... you had chargebacks after you stopped processing, and according to the recovery company you haven't paid for them all. Is that it?
(I thought that's what reserves were for, unless you had horrific chargeback levels...)Comment

No
they say i never paid THE HOLE FUCKING BILL which is not true !! Looks like there is always something more to pay !!
WTF ????????????????
Hell i have the bank receipts on hand, the emails NAME IT !!!

I really REALLY HOPE that Marcel or someone else working at Verotel reads this !!!
Shit, emails to them do not work (we all know this) you never get replies.
And they have the fucking balls to use a "third party recovering asshole company"
FUCK GET YOUR EMAILS guys and maybe you won't have to give a share of what we owe ya (if it's true) (lol..........)Comment

Tip! Keep ALL records from Verotel transactions for a few years.
If a request is made for chargeback costs outside the 6 month term - don't accept any charge untill they provide FULL information, - else tell em to fuck off and sue ya and let them explain to a judge.XXX TLD's - Another mosquito to swat.Comment

Were you making sales right up to the point that you left Verotel (...or had your account closed...)? I'm still trying to understand why your reserve didn't cover your chargebacks. What's the deal here, I get the feeling there's more to the story...Comment

Hi I also always get replies from Verotel, but then I am always reasoned in my dealings with them.
