I just upped the speed of my modem how do I check to see what speed is

how do I check the speed of the modem.... the lady of the phone said it was upgraded... and I was like thats it? and she's all yep.... how can I check it now....

go to bandwidthplace.com and run a speed test......or if your running through a cable modem you can log into the ip of the modem and check your upload and download
