    Programmer needed - easy job

    Okay I just need someone to do a script for the form on
    http://www.paradisetalent.com/contests.html

    The form just has to be working and be able to send info to my email address.. Also, I want for there to be an extra field where the model can browse her PC for a photo and have it send to my email as well...

          It would be possible to modify Matt Wright's FormMail to do what you want by adding a file upload feature that sends the file as an attachment within the e-mail. But why not just use that and simply contact the girls by e-mail for their pics?
