    Designers and Webmasters Ripping Gallery Designs for own use

    I pay good money to have some designers to do up some galleries for our site and etc and they turn around and use them for themself before they are even used by the paying party that hired them to do them up...

      just request a signed agreement faxed or mailed? I've seen it done at places like rentacoder.com

          I would think thats a Non Disclosure agreement or Non Compete depending on who your hiring and what your worrried about...

                                      so designers promote YOUR site with galleries they made for that same site and you are pist!?

                                          Are you sure it was the designer that was using them? Maybe they got ripped off of their portflio on the site.
