not sure if they do it but you might want to try http://www.vonage.com

they are a broadband phone company. you can pick any area code in the country and you have unlimited national dialing for $40. plugs into your router. you can also add a 800 # for $5 a month and a fax line for $10.

one other cool thing i love is that my voicemails get emailed to me as wav files so i don't have to dial into the system. the web interface allows you to see all of your incoming and outgoing calls and manage your account.

i just got mine and its sweet. they give you a cisco phone adapter with your account. anyways, i think they have international forwarding but you should check...

How is the quality? Most of the time my cable is good but sometimes it sucks. Also capped at 256kb upload, if I am uploading files does the quality get fucked?

I like the idea but if one business call sounds like I am in a tin can its not worth it?

Here is some links that I can find:

VOIP solutions, needs at least 128k internet connections:
                http://www.vonage.com/
                http://www.iconnecthere.com/

                Regular phone line solution:
                http://www.callbackworld.com/

Best thing is, those are working from anywhere from US or rest of the world.

                I hope that helps..
