I like Spam Arrest because it requires a human to click a link. The only problem is that you still have to go to spamarrest.com to make sure that you aren't not getting important automated emails. There is no perfect solution.

I don't have any moral issues with mass marketing as long as the person sending to the list gives the receiver the ability to opt-out.
