BUT, if the owner takes out money as salary from the already LLC taxed money, he/she has to pay 30%-50% income tax on that part also.

So, it's a income tax on the "LLC salary money"...

i like sweden. especially stockholm. you may not like high taxes but at least its one of those few places where you can feel like you are definately getting something back for the taxes that you pay.

If the owner takes out money as salary from the company, then that money will not be taxed as corporate profit, it'llonly be taxed as salary. If he takes out money as profit dividends, it will be taxed at 30%, as capital income.
