Adult vs. Mainstream

Have you ever wondered why so many adult webmasters are trying to break into mainstream when an awful lot of mainstream webmasters / companies are trying to break into adult?

Just seems weird to me

Too true but you would have thought they would realize that if adult webmasters are going to mainstream then its not as profitable as it once way in pretty much the same way the adult companies should realize that mainstream wants to break into porn because well, mainstream just cant be that profitable either

There are a lot more opportunities in mainstream. Lots more places you can advertise. Way more money. Porn is a consistent money maker, but mainstream is where you can make the huge Internet $$$ pops.

I took what I learned from adult and now dominate in every search engine and make 30k a month from mainstream stuff. The pour fucks don't have a clue about anything. Adult to mainstream makes more sense than the other.

Mainstream is when you're buying a new 350z and a new house and filling it to the brim with furniture over a short period of time.

If that was true I don't think you'd be blabbing it off around here. If it is true you just made a mistake.

If you're calling me a liar, I'll show you my batch for the day and Fridays are slow. My processor calls me every week to make sure things are well and all it takes is 2500 people to my site a day. Thing is, those people are worth a shit load more than any fucking adult hit. It's like having 2500 people come into a sporting goods store or something, that's a lot of people and don't tell me they wouldn't make 30k a month off of that.

Also, if you aren't manufacturing or having something manufactured than you are 3rd or 4th on the list and that would make things hard and make profit margins slim.

I don't care if I tell people here they can make good money on mainstream. I didn't tell them what I sell. It's just a fact and life is good now.

Hint, I have what I sell manufactured and it took a lot of scratch and 6 years of webmaster experience to do it right. Keep trucking, you'll get there someday.

p.s. that doesn't include my paysite revenue.

also, take a second to think about it. If you have any se placement skills you would know that there are millions upon millions of adult pages, and if you are niche mainstream you have 50-100 competitors. duh, think about it!

If I was calling you a liar I would not have written the second sentence.

Congrats, 30k profit a month is not too shabby. What's your gross sales per year?

Oh, and for the record, I am already where I need to be in my mainstream sales, however they are not web related. 7 figures a year in gross sales and it takes about 1 hour a week of my time.

Cheers,
BV

lol, you missed invoice 9553, it's listed twice as well because Mini Tips are a different product on the same invoice. On invoice 9549 SALAL TIPS are listed twice because I billed my customer $21 for some and $20 for the remainder of the container load. I can back this shit up any way you want so put your money where your mouth is ass wipe. I'll bet any amount of money you want.

Cheers,
BV
