Selling Weed Seeds On The Net?

Anyone know the legalities of selling just the seeds within the US or other countries?

This appears to be the biggest advertiser linked from this massive pot growers board mentioned in another post thread.

I'm surprised how many people are growing their own weed plants. Looks like a lot of money to be made in seeds, accessories and "how to" info with this niche market.

I know it's legal in Canada there is a store in ottawa selling like 100 kind of seeds

Heh I wouldnt try it in the US. The seed companies from Amsterdam mail them hidden in CD Cases and other things when they mail into the US.

Don't see any problems in the UK or many other Euro countries. Herbs are herbs! After the seed level, tis "use at your own risk".

I know one idea for this - hell can't say! Damned brillant tho! It came from an enterprising and experienced US drug enforcement agent!! *lol*

yeah money can be made ..you can buy 10 seeds= say 50/50 female male..then you just make babies of that..you can get up to 10000 seeds from one plant.

I went from 100 to 313,000 satoshis in 2 days! Lots of daily freerolls...

You can legally sell seeds online or through mail order in the UK not sure about the US although as 'hemp seed' is used for fishing bait i dont see it being a problem - Anyone wanna go fishing

Put a couple together for next year's planting, but always keep the girls from the boys - Much better results!

if you want seeds...

grow a male, far far away from the females.... collect a little film container full of the pollen and when your female starts to flower, CAREFULLY choose a BOTTOM bud and with a paintbrush, dust a little of the pollen around on the bud. Put a clear baggy over it and rubber band it off. DONT GET ANY POLLEN ANYWHERE ELSE, and turn off the fans when doing this.

Only that bud will grow seeds.. Now you have about 40 more seeds for the future.

I would be a little nervous about selling seeds, however I promote these guys www.Smoke420.com and get great conversions. I have never tried herbal smokes cause I would rather smoke the real stuff, but I do very well promoting this site. Good Luck

I'm in CA and bought 30 seed from Hempology101 in Cedar, BC. They worked out great and it was totally private.

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
