Any Ideas ?? Please
Hi Guys
I am running an application that includes a number of different modules. Each module has its own executable ".EXE" and associated DLL, all modules are located within the same directory on the hard drive. Every 1-5 hours all executables and DLL's are being deleted, however no other exe's or DLL"s are being deleted or removed from any other part of the system. The DLL's and EXE's being deleted do appear in the recycle bin, using Norton Recycle bin protection reports the process that is deleting these files is a SYSTEM process. Macfee, Nortons and PC-Cillan do not find any virus's or trojgan's. Applications such as Spybot and Hackthis also find nothing. The question is WHAT IS DELETING THESE FILES ????????? HELP IS REQUIRED Many thanks Ray www.watchersweb.com |

Hi Ray, it would really help to know the name of the application or what the application does?

Ah yes..
I think the technical term for what you are experiencing is that you are being Microsoft'd sorry the only known cure for this is to delete Windoze and install something reliable as an OS ![]() |
