Stealing site titles
Just wondering if there is anything that I can do about another webmaster stealing my site titles? I run avs and free sites and somebody is out there stealing a lot of my site titles letter for letter.
These names are not your ordinary, cookie cutter names like "Blonde Bimbo Takes It Up Her Ass" either. One of the titles that he stole was of a site that I made a couple of years ago that included a buddies name of mine, as a gag of course, and he stole it and is using it on his site as well. Is there anything I can do about this guy? I did a whois search on his domain name and from the looks of it he's some russian that is operating a gay paysite partnership program from somewhere overseas. So I'm not sure if there is anything that I can do. I know it's not really a huge deal, but it's still a pain in the ass. Especially when I go to submit my older sites to newer resources and find out that I have to rename my sites and change my graphics because somebody wasn't original enough to come up with their own names. It's even more frustrating when I know that these site titles did not wind up on his site by coincidence.

Try contacting the AVS programs you use and ask them to change his titles or reject his sites.

Specific examples would help. After a couple of years on the web I found most of us are not quite as original as we would like to think we are.

Thanks for the advice Cutetwink.
Here is one that he stole recently: Johnny Abballe's sweet ass The person's name that is in this site title is a friend of mine. I created this particular site around him as a gag. Anyhow, this is what confirmed it for me. I knew well in advance that my other names were being stolen, these names are quite uncommon and are quite ultra niche material. Anyways, I guess it's not a huge deal. Just kind off pisses me off that someone can't take five seconds out of their time to come up with their own site titles. It's kind of annoying when my sites get declined because of someone else's lack of creativity
