Seriously though - arn't those images screen caps of video? Or perhaps stills shot on a video camera? Even the cheapest digital cameras in the hands of total amateurs can shoot better quality than that - what gives?

those are screencaps lifted from a video - sure look like it anyway.
i'm always sure when sending out model samples that customers know that model samples come from all sorts of sources, and to check out our own samples to get an idea and realistic expectation as to what you get for the price you're paying. glamour photography is a whole other ballgame, i've priced it out and talked to magazine photogs - nobody on the Net is prepared to pay what that kind of photography costs - exclusive i mean.

Just for the record...we did give him a discount. And give him hi-res dig images too. He is just showing some sample pics from video.
Prostock was getting large amounts of content from us including edited exclusive video (yes it is exclusive). Tons of pics, watermarked promos for his site, and more. He is pissed because I told him last night that I couldn't do anymore exclusive content and all the edits, etc, at the prices he wanted. I was going to try to do more business with him but not now.
