Collection Agencies
I have a hosting customer that refuses to pay his overage fees (a few hundred dollars). Is there a collection agency I can contact to try and "assist" me in this situation??

I have never used one.. since you can't really send chargebacks to collections agencies (at least, none will take them). But try:
