If yes, do you have problems with their support ?

I got one domain with them and it's going to expire soon, so i want to renew it but... I can't !
That means I requested that they change my password AND login for security reasons... ( the previous ones I've been using to often on other sites ) and since that I cannot login ( I know my login and password but they don't work, althoguth i don't get a login failure error like wih wrong password, the login page refreshes and doesn't bring me to the account management area ).

I just want to renew that fucking domain and then transfer it elsewhere, but i cannot transfer it without a authorization code and i cannot get it without loggin in.

I wrote them several emails ( I gave them my login and password and said that they can try it by themselves ), I told them i can renew it for 5 years in advance with them , before I move it to Dotster, but either i don't get a reply or I get a "according to our system your request has been resolved" message or some similar bullshit like that.

One week ago I lost a more important domain because of a fucking thief, now it seems like I will lose that domain, since those fuckers doesn't want to enable me to renew it...
I will call them tommorow ( they're in Israel ) and I can only hope that they will finally understand what's the problem !

ahhh.. just had to share this with someone...

and, once again, is anyone using them ?

Always use established well known registrars. Sure theres registrars selling domains for $5 - 7 bucks, but its worth paying a couple bucks extra for an established registrar with a good reputation and with good support.

OK, I decided to email them once again instead of calling...

First I wanted to write:

"What's up with my account you stupid motherfuckin assholes ?!?
I hope some fucking Palestinian will come to you and fire a bomb in your ass..."

Then I decided to make it a little more polite...

ONCE again, what's wrong with my login ???
I know the right password, I know the right login but I cannot login to the domain management area
to renew and / or transfer my domain.

I sent that data to you over 1 week ago and asked that you try it by yourself.
I've tried it on different computers in different places - so it's definitely not my fault.
It must be a bug in your system.

Normally domains are expiring because either someone forgets to renew them or decides that he doesn't longer want the name.
This would be probably the 1st situation where someone really wants to renew a domain ( even for 5 years in advance )
but the registrar doesn't want his business...

Domain is now renewed and safe with Dotster
