For the people that specialize in SEO in the adult industry, how good are the signups as compared to submitting galleries to TGP's?

As everyone knows, search engine conversion ratios are very good, however, it's mostly about quantity.

So... How many signups can you expect to get in a day from a top placement entry on a popular keyword on a search engine like Google-- Consistently?

Well, I make a living on SEO work so I would say it's good

As for how many signups a day, good luck predicting that, let's just say that a lot of people use search engines to find their porn, especially the newbies who have never bought porn and recur for months and months.

- Pissing
- Spanking
- Upskirt
- Voyeur
- BBW
- Amateur

i have good and bad results with SE hits.

everyone praises them, but i have a very popular 1 word top position, and i cant convert it for shit.

stocktrader is always telling me how something must be wrong .. with this keyword, and this amount of traffic its almost impossible to make less than few hundred per day off of this one site. but i make way less than that.

yet on other SE pages of mine, i have ratio's near 1:5 upto about 1:50

all depends on how targetted the word(s) are.

for someone who seemed to know everything about expired domains and google you ask pretty silly questions, but i will help you out here:

like lil2rich said: those ratios are not so wonderful like it is said (stop reading posts from 1998!!) especially google traffic is bad as it is a lot of traffic that wont convert eg indian as their cards do not get accepted.
of course, the traffic volume can be good.
other engines offer better quality traffic but they do not have such volumes like google.

but why are you asking those questions? do you think anyone will tell you figures and keywords?

se work is a lot of time consuming and frustrating work, there are ways to find out really quick which keywords can convert. use ur brain.

Conversions are around 5-10x better than tgp traffic (top 10 results)

Click thru ratios on tgp galleries from SE traffic are around 25% compared to 2% from reg tgp traffic.

Depending on the keyword - say for example 'amateur sex' - the #1 spot might get 2000 hits per day. it depends on what you have listed - if you have an FPA then you can expect about 10-15 sales/day.

SE traffic is also 3x as productive as reg tgp traffic in terms of traffic trading.

As WG said - these surfers don't know where the good free porn is (tgps etc) that is why they are searching in google for it.

if you were succesful with search engines you wouldn't, and if you were and you did it wouldn't be long until your success was a fraction of what it was before. there's already a lot of competition and anyone with any sense would want to keep that competition as limited as possible.

it's not like giving advice on submitting galleries or something, i would imagine that the people on this board that really know most in this area will be the ones who talk the least about it, specifics anyway (unless there's a fee involved).

I'm just now getting a fair amount of SE traffic so I can't really say from experience, but from what I hear SE traffic pretty damn good.
