Yeah, I was obsessed with that movie. I saw it in theaters back in 82 when I was 8. What a huge mistake that was back then.. The numbers of nightmares I had. But I think I saw it 1000000000000000000000 times after that. Too bad Heather died when she was 12, I've always wondered how she'd look like by now.

anyone remember the name of a kids movie from the 80's featuring a young River Pheonix for sure and perhaps corey feldman but not sure about him (and no, not Stand By Me). They built a space ship in their back yard and had lucid dreams where they imagined flying it. Finally, they do go up in it and are met by wise cracking aliens who watch loads of tv. Used to be on HBO all the time.
