I'm looking to setup a virtual hosting program and I need to be able to do the following....
Charge clients both a setup fee and first month fee on the initial signup and then be able to rebill them each month just the monthly fee. Plus I need to be able to charge them any additional charges for bandwidth overages, if they should occur. Are there any processors that give me those options?? Thanks

If I need to charge additional fees, such as for bandwidth overages, like I mentioned...does anyone know if 2checkout.com allows you to do that?
