I haven't really studied his sites, but as far as I know his strategy is to give away complete hardcore galleries and then sell stuff like Adult Friend Finder...

What I wonder is when the margins get so thin is free porn going to slowly dissapear. My guess is probably not. As long as somebody can get a newbie to pay for a gallery spot so he/she can get a few e-zine sign ups.
