hello,
me and 2 other webmasters want to start a new paysite network with 4 movie sites (more to come).
An affiliate program with hosted galleries etc will also be launched. (I'll spam here when we've launched the program

)
A LOT OF traffic is waiting, too

We'd like to use CCBill as our billing processor. Of course we have some questions before starting this.
I've already sent 2 emails asking for help this week. Unfortunately I haven't received a reply, yet. (that's quite strange. never had any delays when emailing CCBill support in the past).
Is there anyone I can contact who will answer my questions?

Hey swingerman, I used to work for CCBill, but got out and started some projects of my own! I worked with Mark G - he's awesome, great guy, he'll get you in touch with someone...hit em up on icq - 45471840. I'm sure he'd be happy to help you out!

The guy's useless. Takes him upwards of 60 seconds to answer my questions sometimes. A decent rep would have managed it in under 30!
