Juicy... it will take up to 24 hours to get approved.

We are checking out each affiliate very closely, including making calls to make sure they are who they say they are.

In today's environment, with all the fraud going on, it is important that programs know who their affiliates are if they want to stay under the 1% chargeback rate set by VISA. One rouge affiliate could bring down a company.

I hope you understand.

KC one of the reason PC 2.0 was late in launching is that I wanted to make sure we had all of our bases covered.

We knew the rules were being changed by VISA and MASTERCARD so we developed processes that will help keep fraud down. I spent many hours on the phone talking to the owners of the top programs on ways to combat the fraud problem. We are confident that legitimate webmasters will understand the initial background checks as part of modern business practices.

The wild west days of opening a program and letting anyone be an affiliate without any due diligence is over.
