I don't process with IBill anymore...
and my remaining rebills are from checks.

I might want to process with Ibill in the future (after all, I paid the $750)...

but I just don't feel like messing around with that whole MC registration. Especially when they sent out that mailing today, giving people only 3 days to get it in & making it sound like it was a follow-up reminder (I never got anything else in email about this)

Even though publicly traded Ibill SAIS if I don't turn in the MC registration that it will just prevent me from procesing MC until I do,

I'm betting that they will attempt to put the whole account on payment hold.


Let's hope that doesn't happen.

I don't agree with everything IBill does and sometimes I don't understand their rationale behind some choices... but at the end of the day EVERY processor that stays up, running, and paying their resellers is good for this industry, especially with Visa knocking off the idiots who didn't comply and Mastercard sticking their head straight up their own ass on so many issues.

Basically this...

iBill apparently overpaid me 10,449.00 back on 1/6/03.
There was no record of this in our statements from iBill.

iBill then again paid us that same amount along with
another payment for the 15th at the same time on
1/8/2003

8 months later Friday, iBill takes the $10,449.00 back without
any notice or warning.

iBill did not help me out, I had to check my bank records to
find the flaw myself today.

When iBill makes debits to a bank account, they show
as IBILL INTERNET..blah blah blah.

When they made the payment on 1/6/2003, it only said
INCOMING WIRE and nothing else.

We had no idea nor did we catch this. Keep in mind
that we were at the Vegas show exhibiting during
this time frame.


I think iBill should get their cash back, they made 2 payments
1 of which was an error..but to take it and not tell me or
warn me if FUCKING B/S!

We run a small company and every 10k helps

It will cost them more, I will make sure to move them
even farther away from me now.
