Rented one in Mexico, and I could not kill that thing. Tough as nails. Would I buy one for Canadian winters? Sure! As thin as the hard top is, it comes with something called a heater.

I drive my soft top all winter long. They have kick ass heaters but they are a little on the well-ventilated side. You will be much warmer than you'd think but long highway trips can get kind of chilly. For normal driving, you won't have any problems because like I said, they have great heaters.

I've driven mine at -20 and -30. As long as you aren't a total pussy you'll be okay. Plus, you'll never get stuck unless you try something stupid.

So I've heard. I would hate to live there, but love visiting it. Small town, but so much more to do there as opposed to here!
