It sounds as if he spammed someone with "hardcore porn".

Read both of them : First off the website guy thats not federal thats local police with too much free time on their hands. A lawyer once told me never move to a city where the police have too much free time on their hands, you want to live somewhere where they have better things to do with their time. If you are doing adult websites with children in the house you are asking to be a target, I dont care how locked up everything is. Secondly I am sorry you shouldnt be selling adult comics in a place children do go to make purchases. Its not like he was selling them in a adult novelity store. I think we have to calm down, if you are responsible your chances of having a problem go down measureably. During the meese years porn survived, 14 billion dollars a year its not going to go away but they are going to tighten up on the laws, so the they wont never come after me attitude has to go away. This maybe true but under the law ,thats a no no. Its not a matter of whether we like it or not, its the law. We are working now on seperating work from home now(even though where I live is zoned commercial) and we dont have kids. To me its just better to have them seperate. We decided it has to be done before we even think of starting to have kids. Also I dont think hefs kids lived with him, he divorced the wife he had those kids with early early on his career. Also that was a different time, you smacked your kid in the store for being a pest back then they didnt haul you off to jail.

You can make money for such things is the real benefit.

Interrogation of the kids can possibly be filed for sexual harassement if the officers were asking brutally sexual questions.

Spamming aside, that isn't cool no matter who you are or what you are pushing...I really don't see why a person shouldn't work from home simply because they are in the adult webmaster business. In truth it is one of the few businesses you can do 100% from home (not counting any networking one may choose to do). Certainly, a content producer should have a studio outside a home with children, and in the same vein a webmaster should have an office but why should it be a problem for that office to be within a home? I have a small child (7 months old) and I work on my adult sites from home, in an office with a door that locks and I only work while she is sleeping. Even as she grows there will be no reason she would be exposed to my work as the office will ALWAYS be off limits. She'll have her own computer so there will be no excuse for her to ever even see my desktop, let alone any sites I may be working on.

I don't see why adult webmastering should be any different from any other home business as long as the safety of the child is assured.
