down here its not a matter of cooking
I went to Peter Kumps up on 92nd st Its the water and the humidity stuff doesnt rise down here like up there and the water makes it verry different |

i buy my bread 3 different place
1 for italian - Lorenzos in N. miami Bch 1 for jewish rye - Jewish bakery here in N. miami 1 for bagels - Jewish deli on aventura STILL NOT THE SAME AS NY!!!!! im telling you its the water... My buddy owns an AWESOME pizzaria in Hollywood. He owns the BEST pizza in Westchester county Nicky's in Larchmont. His dough is Completly different down here Still good BUT not NY |
