CCbill and nonMemberships

I wanted to setup a site with ccbill to process my ebay transactions as paypal really blows. I can't find any docs on there policy for that stuff or a signup link to get started. Can anyone help? This will be for non adult and goods rather than services.

this is the link to sign up to ccbill

http://businesscenter.ccbill.com/signup.html

not sure if you aware or if this applies to you, but at this point, we are not able to process tangible products

It is a lot safer than services. I'm applying for merchant accounts now and the tangibles one is $395 and the digital one is $2400; I am guessing that banks know something about risk.

Unfortunately CCBill never implemented a tangibles program. Turned out to be a wise decision as those that did (Ibill) were just dumped by mastercard, effectively killing off a whole business line for them.
