which program do you guys use to make thumbs for all your pics... im making a small gallery for a members area of like 600 pics.. thanks!

Photoshop.

Those auto-crop programs are lousy at cropping for quality galleries-- Mainly because they are just not built to center the thumbnail at the "prime" place of the photo.

Yes I would, it's definitely worth it though. I'd rather have quality thumbs that people will click rather than offset angle thumbs that people won't click.

Of course I have actions that simplify the process, but I do have to choose manually where to crop.

Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
