Based on searches at overture, the most popular niche search is lesbian (Lee Noga will be happy to hear that). Following that is blow job, tit, teen, hardcore sex, sex story, gay, big tit and shemale.

That's just individual keywords, i need to do a script to add related keywords (like amateur, amateur sex, etc.) to get a better idea of what is the most popular.
