Has anyone seen this GIF file many times before?
Can it be held as Public D. (I think one of the Models is dead), if so and it does not take a lot of time, can someone resize it to about 40% and post it? I would love to have it as a click button.

That picture might be public domain, BUT.. the animated dollar bill is not. Someone made that. I doubt the guy in the picture did it.
