whois info by name or address
is there anyway I can get whois info if I enter the person's first and last name or maybe address? I need to get their phone number couse the person owes me quiet some money and he has not been online or answering his emails

NM I thought you meant like a reverse whois. Go to http://www.infospace.com and do a reverse lookup.

Netsol had something like that, but took it away. It was a very nice tool to see all the domains owed by a company or individual.
