AVS return traffic

I have had a look at a few AVS sites and gees the quaility has dropped. Anyway decided to have a go at upselling from AVS's. I know they all want your traffic but what are the chances of getting some decent return traffic with a decent site
my example
http://www.jellywrestling.info trying to upsell to .com. Not protected as have just built several and about to experiment. Do all listings get dumped at end of the line these days or do any offer good traffic these days. What AVS's are giving you decent traffic.

For AVS to make you money you have to really go for pass sales AND upsells not just upsells. Even so some of the systems are so anti-upsell as to make them unusable. Give Cyberage a try. Quality sites with them will achieve both upsells and pass aales and as long as they are resonable quality you don't get any ratio crap that stops you getting listed. Nice company to deal with.

Are AVS still a viable business model?

At the moment - just about. In 6 months time...who knows? All you can do is go with the stuff that still makes profit now and prepare yourself as much for the future as possible. Just make sure you have a lot of baskets for all those eggs

Mind you, rumour has it that a lot stuff (not just AVS) may not be viable in 6 months. Only time will tell for sure.

Why don't you just build non-AVS free sites instead?

Are AVS still a viable business model?

Well i believe so that i have plans to rebuild http://www.adultlock.com into an AVS. I had a script running the "verifier" script but have pulled it down before i really began due to it out dated and the changing laws of AVS seems never ending and required work loads. We will change to a custom php script over time. If any AVS webmasters wanna do a % deal with their script let me know.

With laws changing many sites may require some form of password protection or may need to be marketed under AVS sites as searchengines may choose to ban misleading domains. I think it will be a lot safer to classify yourself as an AEN Adult Entertainment Network than an AVS these days as A= Age, Adult or Access and i am not sure if anyone is allowed to actually be called an AVS anymore. Still trying to figure out who is actually an AVS anyhow.

Freesites would be better the traffic you get the 1st fews days is more than enough, and just up sell your paysite as you would a sponsor. You have a theme to work with, and most LL have a minimum of 20 pics to get listed.

I did 30 AVS feeders last week, submitted them to 4 AVS's.
Adult Check, Cyberage, Sex Key, and Free Net Pass.

Cyberage approved every site, but hasn't sent so much as one hit. (The only hits the counter shows are from the admin script when the reviewer checks the site)

Sex Key and Free Net Pass both approved sites the same day (sometimes within 5 minutes of me submitting) and they both are sending a decent amount of traffic to the sites.

Adult Check still hasn't even reviewed any of the sites I submitted, so no telling how that will pan out.

Anyone have a list of some other AVS systems that are worth submitting to for links list traffic?

Exactly, I really don't see the point these days of using an AVS feeders to upsell a paysite or a precious metal AVS site.

You should try submitting to about 20 avs's..

Its not that hard to fit the rules for all of them..

Then evaluate the traffic and payout you get

I would suggest both
http://sexypassport.com
http://nakedpass.com

Cause we run both
