Heh - I think I'm the only person who got a car for the family rather than the 'dick size' scale ;)

The only thing cool is the absurd redline. There are a bunch of asian fast and furious looking kids that drive these around... it is a kid's car. And, it isn't that fast, but it will beat most cars off the line because you have such a huge powerband. |

GMC has onstar, it's cool, ford doesn't. GMs hold their resale value here much better too. |

I was looking at the avalanche but decided I liked the extorior or the ext a little more. I like all the chrome on the truck and how they used an actual body part instaid of plastic on the back part. What's autotrac? The escalade has stability control, and traction control. Either way, cool truck man |

i didn't realize that the escalade had actual body part on the back piece. i thought it was plastic too. had avalance not come out with trucks that had no plastic on the sides I would have bought an escalade. i forgot about the stability control, avalance doesn't have it. I didn't really notice a difference though on my test drives with and without it . If i remember right you have a little wood on your dash too that the avalance doesn't have. the escalade is definatly a step up. I just couldn't understand why they put in full time 4wd instead of autotrac. seemed STUPID to me. with autotrac I probally would have bought the escalade. ( iwas teasing brad shaw about the payments - not you) |

Needs to come down an inch or two.
I dont know whether to spring for lowering springs or new suspension in general. I hear just swapping out springs makes it a shitty ride. http://www.detroithardcore.com/wheels.jpg |

Now, if you want to go with adjustable coilovers, you will get better handling but you will still have the stiffness. Either way, it will feel much more rigid. |
