Capitalizing on success of non-pr0n sites?
So, I setup a site to put out information abuot larry flynt's election, http://www.flyntforgovernor.org/ .. I update it every few hours via some scripts I wrote.. put in a forum, some polls, setup a cafepress site, some amazon links
I'm doing alright. $250 in cafepress commissions today.. i've made a stunning $12.50 off of amazon, so that's kind of a loser But.. the ny times is putting out an article about the recall tommorrow or the day after, and i'm expecting somewhat of a surge in traffic because they're interviewing me and talking about my site in it .. any good thoughts on ways to capitalize on expected surges in traffic on a non-adult site?

yeah some affiliate links to the hustler program couldn't hurt, work it into a new story or something about what flynt does.
i wouldn't use banners or any adult graphics if its really mainstream traffic though. |
