Anyone notice signups down cuz of the "worm"?

I don't know if it's worm related or not..but signups have really plunged for me the last couple of days.

Anyone else?

I saw where the DMV of Maryland state had to completely shut down today because of the worm.

Kinda makes one glad they held on to win 98se.

Was watching CBS news tonite and on this story, one of their reporters said that they estimate 50% of all pc's (other than those using win95 win98) would be infected and seriously affected.

The thing that gets me is that if MS KNEW that this was going to happen several months ago (and yes, I know the patchs were available months ago), why didn't they make a BIGGER noise about how bad this worm could be?

Sort of reminds me of how well our "Homeland Security" is being run. CODE ORANGE!!

Strangely enough, yesterday was one of our best days ever. Not looking too bad today, either.

FPL (Florida Power & Light) network is down until Thursday. Can't process people's power bills. That's scary.

Business is great today though. So go figure.
