Police Chief Urges People to Lock Doors
Durham Police Chief Dave Kurz said police have been following up about two dozen leads they have received since they went public with the crime. He will not discuss what was used to cut the clothes. In each of the cases, the man has gained access to the apartments because the doors were unlocked, Kurz said. HAHA
