Police hunt dancing pink bikini flasher

A flasher danced in front of two women wearing just a pink Lycra bikini.

A computer-generated image of the offender has been released by Essex Police.

The middle-aged, balding man exposed himself to two women in their 20s while they were walking along a footpath between Wharf Road and Chelmer Road, Chelmsford.

First, he removed his outer garments to reveal a pink Lycra bikini and asked if he could kiss their feet.

He then removed the bikini bottom, danced in front of the women and then ran away.

Investigating officer Pc Tim Neate said: "The women were not harmed physically, but we are concerned about this man's strange behaviour and the possibility that he may strike again."

He was described as white, believed to be in his mid-40s and approximately 5ft 6ins tall, of slim-medium build, with brown, thinning hair.

He was wearing glasses with wide rims, a cream-coloured long-sleeved top and beige-toned combat-style trousers.

Anyone with information about the man is asked to contact Chelmsford Police Station on 01245 491212
