dude, the electric company mall is across from nc state - that's the 2000 block of hillsborough st - the 100 block of hillsborough st is in downtown raleigh near the state capitol, actually it starts at the state capitol and it's called edenton st for a couple of blocks then turns into hillsborough st, and there are no businesses in the 100 block - only the back and sides of the gov buildings
