I don't know. I myself , if I was buying membership to a site, I wouldn't want just access to a site that only has one chick! That's my take on it. I would would have other shit to! Filler content or something, just because the members would get bored with the same chick, I would think! !

well you know how it starts eh, first its all solo, and things change upon request. Steve I was actually hoping you would comment on this, will most likly contact you depending what happens.

Single sites work well... trust me! The guys get attached to the models and they feel more connected with the girl. I've got several single sites but I won't spam em here.

If you have converting traffic and have basic web skills... you can do the site yourself.

Single girls sites can be awesome if the gilr actually interacts with her memebrs. IE: webcam shows proving she is real, message boards, custom material asked for by teh members and etc.

Also be sure she lists her cam on webcam portals to gain traffic as well as uses aol im and yahoo im to her advantage for pulling new memebrs.

Another good resource is to post some pics of her with her url to the free voyeur web too.

Single sites can be awesome if you are willing to work them and have a model and have a model that is commited to the project.

We have had a ton of success with solo sites, we have also had solo sites that for whatever reason... never caught on. It's a funny market for solo sites. Its a very specific market also. Sweetcuties is right.. guys that like the look of your model will get attached and stay forever, but as others have said, ihey can bore fast also.

What really keeps them hooked is if they get attached to there personality.... interaction is key. You can do this a few ways... offer a webcam show once a week or more. Have your model respond to her members emails. Have chat set up inside so she can chat now and then with members. The more interaction you can come up with the better. Remember... the surfer signed up to your site becasue he loved your model. He does not care about other models or content in your site.. he wants to see YOUR model. Making her available (or seem to be) is what will make them stay. Just throwing up picture sets and a video once or twice a week will get members, but they wont stay long.
