Isn't that kinda stupid, since globill told us 2 weeks ago NOT to cash them?
Actually No... if someone plans to take this to court, the judge will throw it out if the plaintiff can't show proof that the checks weren't even attempted to be cashed... same as, a DA can't charge fraud for the same reason.
