how much are people paying for basic grunt work these days?
Basic photoshop and html type stuff, no creativity required, just follow some basic instructions.

couple thousand a month for low level grunt work (but *lots* of it).

minimum wage i think is around $6.50-$7.00 but that varies depending on state and what type of work you are doing.

typical grunt work, probably $10 an hour.

definitely will pay per the whole job but i'm assuming people are smart enough to figure out how many hours the job will take them and expect that the hourly wage is decent. it is grunt work so minimum wage is what i'll pay - or i'll go to elance or scriptlance and find somebody in India.
