that sounds all bad because i thought about to move some of my .com adult sites to candid. do someone have any good working alternatives?

i need a dedicated linux-server for a php/mysql projekt and i need a virtual hosting-plan for some websites working on w2k / NT...

Damn it's really sad to see that you leave candid.

I was with you when you were with striclyhosting and since 2 years wih candid.

Maybe that it's why I'm moving actually for another host.

Anyway Good luck David D. A man like you should stay in the host business cuz there is not enough good person like you with unix stuff.

CandidHosting, is and always will be as close to my heart as one of my children. This extends to the friendship I have with Dave Marshlack, the now former owner of the company. Dave taught me many things, and for that I will always be thankful to him, and his partner/my friend Hammil. The years warped by extremely fast, with walking through the doors of 412 E Madison St. being one of the best decisions I ever made.

Some of you, may be asking where this leaves CandidHosting. CandidHosting is moving into a second phase of its growth with extremely qualified people. The purchasers of the company own numerous other data centers and are focused on the growth of the company and fixing any actual or perceived problems. The new owners extended an extremely sizeable offer, that under normal situations I would have taken in a heart beat. At this point in time I feel it is more suitable to hand the reigns to new blood, as that is what the customers deserve. As that is all I was ever concerned with, the customers.
