                                      I think that you should not go fo outside us hosting. acacia did not win a singal case so far.According to what i know they has a patent in europe 2 so it wont help you allot unless you are not from usa the conuntries were the patent is registered to acacia.

                                              hmmmm.. i think it would be better to have a presence in several contries.. seems like it just gets worse every year..
