Chill dude and go visit http://pornohood.com and see what kind of site is. He doesn't steal designs he just feed his site with galleries in a strange way.

His site is just like a regular TGP except that he put the html of galleries on his domain.

This happened to me too few weeks ago, but the owner explained me what is all about.
Is just some extra traffic to your galleries.
