Look through the trusted submittter pages and there is some info on how to get ahold of him quicker. He gets a pile of mail in a day I imagine. I have to write myself, been on semi holidays and haven't submitted in a week and a half. My account is probable gone too.

Hell I emailed Nelvac several weeks ago with a list of 30 clean galleries that I wanted to pay to have listed.
I still haven't heard anything. Maybe he's on summer vacation.
