Yeah but what am i gonna do walk in their office with a baseball bat? They told me checks would be dispersed this week, well i didn't get it. I called them and was told that the money was being sent in groups to different webmasters and that i should get some of my money next week.

I guess if i don't get it i'll be calling my lawyer but im doubting anything will come of it...they will probably just bankrupt the company :2 cents:

All I'm saying really is to NOT expect your money..but don't let the mofo's off the hook with "we'll mail it next week!" Let them know you don't believe them. I had to raise a lot of hell when I first signed up with them to get my first month of payments from them. But I kept calling them and I think they got so sick of my constant pestering them that they handed me over to Miguel who then sat down, went through my account, and had a check out by fedex the following day.

Bottom line..raising hell now will not hurt you. The worst thing they can do is NOT pay you! Sort of like how it is now.

PSW, you know your poor PR pisses me off but not as much as your unfulfilled commitments.

I think PSW must still be tipping out their collective money boxes trying to scrape enough change together to put stamps on the envelopes enclosing cheques they still have to send out.

Despite people saying things like "the guys at PSW are stand up honest guys" it seems that when it comes down to it they were no better than anyone else.

What happened to the promise to repay people out of their own pockets ? Lombardi and the crew at PSW lied. Its that simple, they all lied.

YOu must be over the 1% visa mark now with everyone charging back when you changed your name to JP Media. I charged back not realising it was for my Russian Submitter subscription and if you read threads in here about JP Media alot of other people did as well.

Plus JP Media are listed at all the world wide fraud sites.

Did you not in your infinite wisdom think about telling people they would be billed by JP Media or did you think that no-one would notice and that an email to all people about to be billed saying they were going to be billed by JP Media would kill alot of rebills as people cancelled subscriptions that they had long forgotten about?

Quite a few people on GFY wrote threads about JP Media billing there credit cards. JP Media is listed at all the big web fraud sites. No-one knew why JP Media were billing there cards so they charged back, me being one of them. JP Media turns out to be PSW Billings new company name.

If this is the case then it explains some of the deck chair shuffling that seems to have gone on recently inside PSW.

Did anyone think Lombardi was a crook ? Right now it's looking like he deliberately set about misleading people about PSW's intentions and in my book thats fraud.

Obtaining property or money by deception is an offence in Australia, I might just think about pursuing this further...

The orginal post was back in August. Someone just bumped it to show what PSW Billing promised and what they round up doing. Going out of business.

The people that were working for PSW Billing seem to be honest and legit. The owner though, seems to be the dishonest liar. I hated to see PSW Billing go. They were a pretty good company it seemed like, up until recently. They seemed to start going bad back at the Miami Internext. I guess this just another notch in Visa's belt for another 3rd party billing company eatting dust.

I suggest you sue the bank for lost revenues, lost business and fucking up your reputation / name.

PSW's problem isn't the fault of a bank.

PSW professed to be right on top of the regulatory framework and continued to offer a product to clients in return for money (eg: their fee).

Then when PSW came to understand that they could no longer sustain that product because of changes in commercial reality they came to their customer base and said the opposite to what they actually knew to be the true state of affairs.

PSW used deception to allow them to continue taking money from clients in that they have charged surfers for the services of their client base yet not passed on the money entrusted to them.

PSW can wax lyrical about the bank witholding funds from them all they like, that is of no concern to their client base.. the hanging offence for PSW was to deceive their client base as to their ability to keep operating and keep accepting money until they closed their doors.

PSW defrauded their client base, possibly for millions of dollars. Its that simple. Lombardi and co however haven't yet shown themselves to be man enough to face the boards. So much for "stand up guys". There is no difference between the people behind PSW and common thieves.

Good for a laugh though - PSW always bleated about how they were solvent and in the worst case could sell off assetts to pay their webmasters in full. Haven't seen a cent since this thread started. :1orglaugh
