Man those commercials crack me up... "let brown handle that for you" let shit handle that for you... lol

With all the trouble I have had with them... it makes me wonder if they know the're shit and are just expressing it in their slogan

They're Ok for pick-up's but i Hate receiving anything by them! They Always Fuck it up!!

I used to work in their logistics group when I was going thru University. Some pretty high tech tracking they have but in general, I still like FedEx better from a customer perspective.

I sent something to my mom in Pittsburgh... it was late and I called.. they told me there was no such address... I figured I may have ..... maybe... given the wrong zip, put street instead of ave or something so I asked them to repeat the address... it was correct. So I told them they better double check because the address was correct and they have delivered their before... it took an extra 5 days for them to get it there and from the pittsburgh station...
