It doesn't matter what YOU think the bible is. The doctrine of the church is that the bible is the word of god. The bible condemns homosexuality.

That's pretty cut and dried IMO.

I don't think the church should have an obligation to allow gay/female ministers... this country was founded on the basis of religous freedom as long as it is separate from the government.

Under law, the church can't take away a gay ministers rights, but they should be allowed to say who is allowed in their special "club".

If you don't like it, then join a different club. :2 cents:

it's a shock that's for sure. well maybe not that much of a shock. if it was the catholic church i would have fallen out of my seat. but i'm gonna drop all board for a second just to say....

as long as he is a good person and does his job i really don't see anything wrong with it at all.

you realize of course that christianity in a convulted, twisted, worthless shell of what it should be right? the bible has been embellished to suit the needs of a hierarchy of power that exists for the sole purpose of keeping people ignorant to what a true sense of spirituality is.
