Fuck Paypal In The Ass, No Fucking Lube! CockSuckers!!!!!!

Those cocksuckers

they closed my acct a while back for selling adult dvd's and some other shit.

the other day i decided to give it a shot, and i opened an acct.

had a large payment sent to me that i was using to pay for some shit im having done.

Now today the job is done, i go into paypal and they locked me again!!

says "must add bank acct"

then i go to add it, and it tells me my bank acct is tied to another acct, which i guess it is.

They told me they WILL NOT release my funds until issues are resolved with my old acct.

THIS IS FUCKING BULLLLSHITTTTTTT

To top it all off, it wasnt even my money, it belonged ot my partner to cover his half of expenses.

Now i have to make good for it out of my own pocket, and i am fucking PISSED!!!!

GOD DAMNIT!!!!!!!!!

OK, there's like 500 message boards dedicated to exposing the way PayPal fucks people who have done nothing wrong. You were violating their terms by selling adult material. Then, after they shut you down, you decided to try an end run and open a new account. Of course you got screwed, again. You shot yourself in the foot.

That doesn't give them the right to steal your money.

Paypal is a monopoly and will continue acting that way till people start using their competition.. problem is the competition sucks.

I found western unions site pretty good, but of course it's just sending money orders... I've heard good and bad things about stormpay.

You should have read the fucking rules man. Having more than 1 account unless 1 is business and 1 is personal is against the rules anyway. And yeah if you have one locked account and try to make another damn right they are gonna lock the second one. Have the other guy do a chargeback and send it to you another way.

Of course it does. When you sign up you agree to their terms. If you break them, you suffer.

I'm not saying its friendly but you use their service, you follow their rules. Especially once they've busted you. Trying to use them after getting locked down was pure foolishness.

Edit: Of course, the terms probably say you will get your money back, eventually. I am not sure how long he'll have to wait.

your right, it was predictable, and i did shoot myself in the foot.

just figured since it LET me open a new acct, it meant they had no ties to my old acct.

BTW i also contacted the sender of one of the large payments to ask him favor.

my idea was to have him dispute the transaction and i wont fight it, then he gets money back and sends to me via epassporte.

He said it will freaze his paypal acct until dispute is settled either way, so he didnt want to do it.

i cant blame him at all.

this is just one fucked up situation, and they always seem to have me by the balls.

i told the guy on the phone "so you think its right that you guys have my money and i cant have it?"

and he said "well yes, until we resolve all issues with your acct"

FUCK YOU AND MY ACCT YOU LOUSY COCKSNIFFING MOTHER FUCKER!!!!!!!!!!!!

FUCK!

Exactly. You should have to take an IQ test before signing up with PayPal. If those that failed weren't allowed to sign up there wouldn't be all this PayPal hating going on.

Haha, you should run an affiliate program. They knew who he was the instant he signed up. If they didn't want him to have an account they shouldn't have let any payment come to him. Then the rightful owner would still have their money. They waited until he received funds to freeze it. So what about the person that sent the money? They should just be fucked if he can't afford to pay it back?

Bullshit

Yeah, I'm sure PayPal was just WAITING for that $1000 transaction from dipshit. It's all a conspiracy.

When paypal froze my account and were dicking me around about faxes etc that I had already sent I went to the better business website. I got the phone number of the lady in charge at the time. I gave her a ring and a good cussing. I got her personal fax number and had my account unlocked within 2 minutes.

i was selling lingerie on my mainstream site which they approved because they added my site to their shops link list.. then later they shut my account down for selling adult material. said i would get my money back after 180 days. i replied to their email they sent me .. telling them i had removed paypal as a payment option. .. after about 5days they reopened my account. maybe if you write to them and show them that the site you were accepting payments from no longer uses paypal as a payment option they will restore your account. after hearing eveyone's horror stories i was very suprised it only took 5 days to have my account reinstated.. i was only selling lingerie .. not adult dvd's.. but who knows worth a shot.. i emailed them at:

You think more than 1 person dont have the same name in a particular city/state? Thats ridiculous they cant keep track of it that way. They knew who he was when he added a bank account that was still tied to another account. Of course they have a flag on his account when its brand new and gets a fucking $1k transaction, thats common sense. You know how many scammers signup for fake Paypal accounts and rip on Ebay?

but nothing came up, business as usual

Shit on it Rich. Let the dipshits argue about it among themselves. When it all comes down to common sense and people still can't figure it out there's nothing you can do.

Fuck stupid people.

$1000 is a drop in the fucking bucket for some of the payments that go through paypal. $1000 does not throw a flag at paypal. End of fucking story.

read it again asshole.

i signed up with just a CC, everything was cool. someone sent me payment, all cool.

now i go to send some money to someone and it says my "access is restricted" and that i need to add a bank acct.

then i go to add mine and it says its tied to another acct, which i guess it is.

why the fuck werent my name, addy, social, b-day, and CC tied to another fucking acct so this would have been avoided?

Fucking moron ... go be an asshole somewhere else

from experience.. if you still have the site with the dvd sales.. make sure you dont' have paypal as an option.. which ims ure you don't.. then email [email protected] and ask them to take a look at your site.. that you aren't accepting any paypal payments anymore and that you haven't accepted a paypal payment since whatever date they sent you noticed that your account was limited.. ask them to review your case and reinstate your account.. once this is taken care of your other account should also be reinstated.. when this happened to me it took less than a week to get my account reinstated.

I have worked my way around Paypal's rules many many times, I've had over 15 accounts with them over the last few years. I know how the fuck they work and what is going on.

Ok Mr. Fucking brilliant. Being that I used paypal as my only processor for well over a fucking year I know for a fact $1000 doesn't throw a fucking flag. Due to the fact that I sent well over $1000 to many people on an account I personally helped them set up I am saying it doesn't throw a fucking flag.

However, if you owe Ebay $5 (same company that owns paypal) and you try to start a new ebay account they won't let you. Why? Because as soon as you fucking put your name and address in your account is flagged.

Right. So they flagged his account for no reason at all right? Not because it was a brand new account receiving $1000 while not even having a bank account added. They restricted access for that very reason. Then when he had to add a bank account as part of the way to get unrestricted, the software see's the bank account is already tied to a frozen account.

If you get $1000 on an account WITH a bank account, then its not flagged. If you get $1000 on an account WITHOUT a bank account, it is. You have no clue what you are talking about.

Oh, I'm the moron? You DID read what you agreed to when you signed up with PayPal, didn't you? You have to check the boxes to indicate that you read the terms. You just checked those boxes and moved on thinking you were being slick, didn't you? You tried to be sneaky and got caught. I think that's funny as hell, moron.

fucker, ive owed them like $40 for god knows how long, they suspended acct which i dont care because i didnt use it anymore, but as you said ... they wont allow any new acct with same name, OR addy, OR cc, OR anything else.

thats why i thought it was same at paypal

figured if the acct created, it must be ok .... so i accepted cash

They told me they WILL NOT release my funds until issues are resolved with my old acct.

Try to use "refund option" to refund $1000 to the guy who payed you and then find an alternative option on how the guy can send you those 1k.

So did the guy that sent the 1k agree to be fucked over if he sent money to somebody that had more than 1 account? If they don't give the money to Rich it should go back to the fucking sender. It's not about rules, terms, or whatever the fuck you're smoking. It's COMMON SENSE.

They block the "refund" option with certain levels of restriction, dumbass thing to do on Paypal's part.
